RETURN & REFUND POLICY  

Thanks for shopping at Chel Caboodle.   

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.  

REPLACEMENT/RETURNS  

All items cannot be returned nor exchanged. 

I offer an immediate refund for the following conditions:   

It Includes:   

  1. Damaged or broken.  
  1. Received Wrong Orders.  
  1. Non-Arrival of orders.   

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

Take Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.     

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.   

Your item must be in its original packaging.   

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.   

Refunds   

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.   

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).   

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
