CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Send an e-mail to chelcaboodle@gmail.com if you’d like to cancel your order. I am only able to cancel orders if the order has not yet shipped. I try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT MY ORDER?
I try to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, and weekends, I may take up to 3 business days to ship orders.
The tracking number for your order will be sent by email once your order is shipped out. The tracking number is available within 1 day of shipping out.
