WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We support Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Sofort, Bancontact, iDEAL, giropay, EPS, Alipay and many more. We don’t provide Cash on Delivery (COD). 

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOU? 

Yes. We respect your privacy and keep all your personal information confidential. The page use SSL, allows sensitive information such as Credit Card Data to be transmitted securely. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Send an e-mail to chelcaboodle@gmail.com if you’d like to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not yet shipped. We try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should sent as soon as possible. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS? 

I offer Free Shipping Worldwide for the Reusable Sanitary Pad Starter Kit. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES 

Chel Caboodle is not responsible for any customs or duties fees that your government places on imported goods. Depending on your country of residence, you may or may not subject to custom fees during delivery. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO SHIP OUT MY ORDER? 

We try to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders. 

Tracking number for your order will send by email once your order is ship out. Tracking number is available within 1 day of shipping out.
